Caitlin B. is our Treatment Coordinator. She joined our team in February 2014 as a records assistant and is now proficient in almost every role in the office. She graduated from Ivy Tech in 2010 and is certified in radiology and CPR. Caitlin is married to her husband Josh and they reside in West Point with their daughter Tatum. In her free time she enjoys camping, spending time outdoors, reading, and baking. Caitlin’s favorite part of working at Image Orthodontics is being able to see each patients before and after results! She enjoys getting to know all the different families and working with such fun people!Shannel K. is our Financial Coordinator and has worked for Image Orthodontics since 2001. She graduated from Benton Central High School, and now lives in West Lafayette with her husband John, and their children. Shannel enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and spending time with family. She is always happy to take the time to help patients with their financial needs. Her favorite part about working at Image Orthodontics is seeing how improving a smile can transform a patient inside and out.Laura N. is our Lab Technician, and started at Image Orthodontics in 1997. Laura is a Certified Dental Assistant, and a Certified Orthodontic Assistant with Academy of Orthodontic Assisting (AOA). She also has additional certification in CPR and radiology. Laura loves helping patients achieve a beautiful, healthy, and straight smile by making custom orthodontic appliances. Her favorite past times outside of work include spoiling her cat, gardening, fishing, and reading. Laura keeps us laughing at work and her favorite part of working at Image Orthodontics is the fun atmosphere!Cassie T. joined the Image Orthodontics team in 2011 after receiving her Dental Assisting degree from Ivy Tech. She is a certified Dental Assistant with additional certification in radiology and CPR. You will see Cassie taking all of the dental records and working as a chair side assistant. She also enjoys using her artistic skills to organize all of the contests here at Image Orthodontics. Cassie is originally from Lafayette where she graduated from McCutcheon High School. She resides in Lafayette with her boyfriend, Mike, and her 2 children. She enjoys spending time with her family, painting, and going to the lake. Cassie loves working at Image Orthodontics and getting to see the patients reactions when they view their before and after photos, especially knowing that she had a hand in their great smile!Cindy S. graduated from Ivy Tech’s Dental Assisting program in 1988. She worked for Image Orthodontics from 1991 to 1996 and left to raise her three children. Cindy rejoined the Image Orthodontics team as an Orthodontic Assistant in 2012. She resides in Lafayette with her husband, Robert. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, 5 grandchildren, and friends. Cindy’s favorite part of working at Image Orthodontics is working with the patients and getting to know them and really loves working with a great team!Megan F. has been a part of our team since 2018. She graduated from Ross Medical at the top of her class with a degree in dental assisting. Previously, she spent five years in the Army. She currently lives in Benton County with her husband David and their daughter Lyla. She enjoys riding her motorcycle, working out, and napping. Megan’s favorite part about her job is welcoming new patients to our office.Megan serves as the office manager and helps keep Dr. Helms on his toes…she is also conveniently Dr. Helms’ wife. Megan is the third generation on both sides of her family to reside in Greater Lafayette and enjoys having so many roots in the community. She has two children, Hudson and Marley, and two dogs that think they are children, Griffin and Leroy. She enjoys cooking, entertaining, working out, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with her large extended family. Megan’s favorite part of her job is her work family. Jackie is our scheduling coordinator. She has been working for Image Orthodontics since August of 2023. Outside of work, Jackie likes to spend time with her family and friends. Her favorite vacation spot is Siesta Key, FL. Jackie enjoys seeing how much a new smile can really make someone feel special. Her favorite part of working at Image Orthodontics is how much fun the team has, not just working together, but outside of work as well. We are family! !Abby is a Lafayette native and graduated from McCutcheon High school in 2021. She decided to pursue a career in the dental field and graduated from the Dental Career Foundation in 2023 when she joined the Image Ortho team. She is a former patient of Dr. Helms, so she had experience on the other side of the chair. Abby is engaged to her high school sweetheart, Blake, and loves her 2 dogs ,Toby and Sadie. She loves spending time outside, playing pickle ball, taking her dogs on walks, and hanging out with friends and family. Abby loves working at Image Orthodontic because of the fun and upbeat atmosphere! Everyone is like family.Grace joined the team in 2023 after graduating from Dental Assisting School of Indianapolis. She graduated from Benton Central High School in 2022 and was previously a patient of Dr. Helms! She currently lives in Benton County with her boyfriend,Jesse, and their dog, Dallas. In her free time she loves playing with Dallas in the yard, shopping, baking, and spending time with her friends and family! Grace’s favorite part about working at Image Orthodontics is the upbeat environment and getting to meet new patients!Mattie H. joined the Image Orthodontics team in 2022 after receiving her Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certification from DOT by Lynn. She has additional certifications in radiology and CPR. At the office she doubles as a chair side assistant and lab technician. She also does all the ordering for supplies to keep us going! Currently she resides in Frankfort with her boyfriend, Riley, and their cat. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, boating, traveling, and going to Purdue games!This is Ashley.
